NOTIFICATION: Migration to a new permanent home at wwwcsbdb.de.
Herewith we inform you that all CSB.DB databases have been migrated at the beginning of 2016. This includes all gene correlation and expression databases (search the WWW for alternatives), the GMD@CSB.DB module (alternative will be reachable via http://gmd.mpimp-golm.mpg.de/) and all associated databases (terminated).
The BestFit software, a tool for non-aqueous fractionation data analysis, will be available by the Experimental Systems Biology Research Group headed by Dr. Patrick Giavalisco.

Experiment Namebasic abiotic stress treatment
Experiment DescriptionThis experiment serves as a control for the other experiments of the same project which are studying the effect of different abiotic stresses on the expression of genes in the shoot and root tissue of 16 days old Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings of Columbia-0 ecotype regarding a time course (0h; 0,25h; 0,5h; 1h; 3h; 4h; 6h; 12h; 24h). The applied stresses are: cold stress, osmotic stress, salt stress, drought stress, oxidative stress, genotoxic stess, UV-B stress, wounding stress and heat stress. We collected 18 samples in duplicate serving as none stress controls for the respective samples from the stressed plants in the time course (0h; 0,25h; 0,5h; 1h; 3h; 4h; 6h; 12h; 24h) after the treatment. The expression data of the samples were generated at the RZPD in Berlin using the ATH1 chip from Affymetrix. The study is part of the AtGenExpress project which is funded by the DFG. This global approach will provide a great amount of additional expression data for the Arabidopsis community.
