NOTIFICATION: Permanent migration of all CSB.DB services and functionalities on 1.1.2016.
Herewith we inform you that all CSB.DB databases have been migrated at the beginning of 2016. This includes all gene correlation and expression databases, the GMD@CSB.DB module and all associated databases
The BestFit software, a tool for non-aqueous fractionation data analysis, will also be available by the Experimental Systems Biology Research Group headed by Dr. Patrick Giavalisco.
We thank all users, contributors, and collaborators of CSB.DB at the Max Planck Institute for their long-standing support.
Yours sincerely, the CSB.DB Curator and the CSB.DB Developmental Core Team

# Integration of the Mass Spectra and Retention Time Index Database (MSRI@CSB.DB)
# Integration of R script for dynamic validation & graphical layout
# Implementation of the Multiple Gene Query Page: the user can type a set of up to 30 genes of interest and retrieve co-responses among all genes of interest
# Implementation of the Intersection Gene Query Page: the user can type in up to three genes of interest and retrieve co-responses of all other genes in the underlying co-response matrix, which are conform to user defined parameters for all of the genes of interest
# Information (i) and Detailed Information (iD) are implemented and improved for currently available 'Query Pages': Single Gene, Multiple Gene Query and Intersection Gene Query Page
# Update of Scientific Publication Page which currently contains used paper references, book references and CSB.DB associated references as well as links to PubMed
# Implementation of the Download Page which allows the user to download the mass spectra and retention time index libraries (MSRI@CSB.DB)
# Implementation of the Multiple Gene & Intersection Query Page
# Integration of R script for dynamic validation & graphical layout
